Here's the info on that book that I spoke about. It has been a very worthwhile read so far. I can't wait to read more.

I am going to go check this out, listening is the single most important thing when qualifying, building and, servicing customers. Customers HATE when they are offered products or services that have NOTHING to do with what they are asking for or even doing. Its the biggest waste of time, and time we know as business owners is the most valuable thing we have.
